Micro-Trains Line Item #55000010 Z-Scale Union Pacific Passenger Sleeper Car with road number decal sheet
The 6-6-4, (six roomettes, six open sections and four double bedrooms) made up the "American" series for the Union Pacific built by American Car & Foundry. Sixty units were built in 1942 with four more ordered in 1949 - all riding on lightweight four-wheel trucks. These 85 foot long cars had a productive service life eventually making up a large part of UP's MOW fleet as bunk cars for employees on site.
